Do you want to open a checking or savings account? The Get
Checking Workshop will help you qualify for checking account services
at the following financial institutions:
- Community Choice Federal Credit Union
- Fifth Third Bank
- FORUM Credit Union
- Lincoln Bank
- National City Bank
- Union Federal Bank
- Union Planters Bank
You will need to get a copy of your ChexSystems report and
bring it to class. You can obtain a report from your financial
institution or online
at the ChexSystems Consumer Center website.
In the class you'll learn:
- how to choose an account
- how to keep your account in balance, and
- how a checking account can help you establish credit and access
other convenient services.

Most classes are held at The English Foundation Building, 615
N. Alabama Street (Downtown Indianapolis), Room 2 unless
othersise noted.
The cost is $40.00 per person or $60.00 per couple. Pre-registration
is required.
