Credit.

which include attorneys, banks, collection agencies, doctors, finance
companies and retailers in 2000. Momentive™ provided almost 300 education
presentations to over 5,500 people in 2000. Momentive™ also counseled
over 5,500 people in 2000.
Momentive™ funding comes from voluntary contributions
from creditors who participate in the Debt Management Plans (DMP).
Since creditors have a financial interest in getting paid, most
are willing to make a contribution to help fund our agency. Funding
for programs other than the DMP is provided by supporters such
as housing lenders, corporate sponsors, and government agencies.
Momentive™ is not a government agency and
does not lend money.
