Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

Description: MOMENTIVE Consumer Credit Counseling Service, Inc. is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative for our busy Indianapolis office. Responsibilities include: cover busy multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, answer caller questions, data entry skills using client database, scanning and other clerical duties. Applicant must possess strong communication skills; be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word and Excel; ability to multi-task and be a strong team player; previous Customer Service experience.
