Ohio Lifeline Program
If you are a resident of Ohio and a current customer of AT&T, Frontier or Cincinnati Bell, you may qualify for less expensive telephone service through the Ohio Lifeline Telephone Program. The Lifeline Program could save you about half the cost of standard phone service, not including long distance fees.
To qualify for the Ohio Lifeline Program, you need to be receiving benefits from one of the government programs listed on the application, or your gross income must fall below the qualifying range listed:
