Pre-filing Counseling

If you find that you have exhausted all other options for debt repayment and decide to file for bankruptcy, you must first attend a special Financial Services session. During this session, you will receive:

• A budget and financial net worth analysis
• An analysis of your current financial situation and the factors that caused it
• A review of bankruptcy alternatives and consequences
• A plan to avoid financial problems in the future
• A certificate of completion
