For the post-filing education session, Apprisen uses the curriculum Money in Motion, developed by the American Center for Credit Education. This web-based education course meets all the requirements for post-filing bankruptcy education as required by the U.S. Trustees office. Armed with the information from this course, you will be able to get and stay on track with your money. Read the following instructions and download the forms at the bottom of this page.
You can complete the course in the privacy of your own home at a pace that is comfortable to you. The course requires a minimum of two hours, but you do not have to complete it all at once. After you have finished Money in Motion, you will receive your certificate by email and mail.
